It’s WB and Sony. A user on Reddit posted their list and had WB titles in theirs.

This has happened before with WB titles before they seemed to stopped for the most part. Now, they’re doing them with Sony titles with WB titles that hadn’t received the upgrades last time.

Also, it’s only for direct Vudu purchases. No MA/UV imports, code redemptions or d2d stuff are eligible. Also, the upgrades won’t port to MA and be stuck at Vudu.

Do you have to buy the titles directly to get the upgrade? I have quite a few WB and Sony titles (many of which are code redemptions or MD2D) and so far none have upgraded for me.

Yes. Only purchases will work. No codes or D2D/MD2D.

I definitely didn't purchase Venom from Vudu. Pretty sure I redeemed the code that came with my Steelbook.

I received 4K updates for Birds of Prey and The Vow today. Both were originally bought with codes. (And IIRC, The Vow was a Dollar Tree purchase)

No emails or upgrades from what I see so far but many of my older titles were code redemptions or D2D so possible I have nothing eligible for upgrade. My Real Genius didn't upgrade but it was most likely a D2D.

I got an email last night. 59 upgrades but they were all upgraded already through MA. Purchased none of them. They were all D2D or codes.

Have a little over 1000 in Vudu.

Only Hellboy upgraded.

I think they are still going through this process as I get the email just today (though I don't expect more of mine to upgrade.)

Some people had Real Genius upgrade to 4K. Mine has not (yet)

I got the code as a SONY pass reward that had to be redeemed on MA

After the fandango buyout.

*Not sure if anyone has checked this yet, but some titles have 2-3 listings in history depending if they were ultraviolet, vudu, fandango purchases after they all merged. Maybe the upgrades are linked to the time they were redeemed/purchased as well as the means, actual site.

2500 movies in my collection and Flatliners & Emoji Movie get upgraded? C’mon now…

Social Network I bought directly from Vudu a year ago and the other two were code redeems.
