Spain To Slipcase Or Not To Slipcase That Is The Question

I say keep your slipcases at all times, but especially collect Lenticulars and anything special such as the Pinnocchio or Sleeping Beauty cases. Of course, you have to love the movies you collect. But do any of you commit the mortal sin of throwing away your lenticulars? What are your favorite slipcases or do you throw them out.

Tennis Anyone?

Im a sinner.

Useless waste of paper methinks. I did keep the Bourne and Godfather boxes in my closet and the Dark Knight and Ironman slips are different than the actual cover under so those I kept; but the rest are trashed.

Aha, those were my hopes in starting this thread. What slip cases are we missing. I saw a reaaly BA one for Terminatir 1 in Target but as a consequence of the unsatisfying transfer, I will hope for another edition of the Blu.

Beetlejuice has a special lenticular that I can't find. The roulette gamble of ordering online and not receiving it is my next big fear cause I think Amazon sometimes forgets their slipcases.

My fellow Americans and non Americans you ask do I need a slipcase. What exactly are you gonna give Mr. Scorsese when you see him at a fitb avenue screening in NYC. To Slipcase or Not To Slipcase. I've signed my answer to that question below

I remove them all and I dispose of the generic cardboard slipcovers. All others get tossed in a box.

ohhh the horror!!!! My child for you not know the errors of what you speak. I see the Batman from one angle and the Bats fly on the other. Lenticular slipcases are the pride and joy of life. Yes I love the Watchmen slipcase.

For me they have no use and they are worthless. I understand why some people love to have them, my friend keeps' each one with religious fervor, I don't. They go straight to the recycle bin. I did that with DVD and I do it with BD.

Good subject! I'm having a heard time decide here. If I throw it away, I throw away part of the package and that's not acceptable. But I don't really like my DVDs and Blu-rays wrapped in, so I'm considering just eh... Putting them away.

Hi! to all,

I'm also a fan of slip-covers, I think some of them look really nice, I also consider myself a bit of a collector which is probably why I like the slip-covers, my favourite to date (that I own) would probably be the slip-cover for "Coraline"

I was also hoping to get the Beetlejuice slip-cover but I think I must have left it to long to pick it up, I have a feeling that if I had of got hold of the Beetlejuice slip-cover then it probably would have been my new! favourite, I'm a little gutted that I missed out on it.

I really can't believe how many people say that they throw away slip-covers, that seems strange to me, but fair enough.

Cheers!
JW
