Nice to see Walmart continue the lionsgate steelbooks. Hopefully this one drops a bit like the Hunger Games one did.

Blind pre ordering this. The trailer looked like some classic 90s action fun.

Zero interest in this until I saw the L320 on the back cover. Guess I’ll be preordering this

I thought I would love this movie based off the trailer, but reviews are very mixed. I was wondering how I would feel about the little dialogue, and that seems to be many viewers’ complaints.

I think I just may buy the code from someone here to play it safe. Been wasting a lot of money on blind buys that I don’t enjoy (and running out of shelf space as well).

Honestly, if you're on the fence go watch it on a bargain day at your local cinema.

I thought it was well done and the lack of dialogue showed the acting chops from mister kinnaman. Though not in the same genre I likened it to "All Is Lost," where robert redford acts nearly the whole movie with almost no words spoken (an outstanding film I highly recommend, but is a bit of a slow burn, so fair warning).

Nothing wrong with lack of dialogue.

I love the movie Drive with Ryan Gosling.

If it’s that amount of dialogue, I’m all in as Drive is one of my all time favorites!

I was assuming it would be a lot less based on viewers’ reactions.

YES! Saw this on Saturday and it's great!

I've seen some people really down on it and the only reason I can think of is that they were expecting action start-to-finish, which this is definitely not. It's more of a slow-burn revenge thriller. Think John Woo doing a Taxi Driver / Death Wish mashup and you'll be closer. It definitely has Woo's incredible signature action and style but it's more concentrated on the protagonist's decent into madness than popping out set-pieces every few minutes.

Either way, I loved it. Some truly great filmmaking, period.

I'll agree with 2-4, but not the first one. The first John Wick is in a league all its own.

I agree for the most part. I think this is equal to the first Wick. The sequels are dreck.

I can't tell from the trailer but does this have a lot of CGI in it? Please tell me it at least uses squibs and not CGI blood.
