That actually looks really nice. It sucks though that Shout didn't offer the steelbook option for this and Magnificent Seven when they were first released.

If they had offered this when first released I may have optioned for it, just to make up for the lack of a slipcover on the regular release.

Great transfer though, just a shame they couldn't do anything more extras wise. They didn't even port everything from the Uni DVD.

I'm having a hard enough time wrapping my head around having to buy a portion of my future steelbooks from friggin' Wal-Mart. This deluge of Shout double-dips so soon after the initial releases is more frustrating more than anything. But this one is mighty sweet.

Ugh, I hate Walmart so much, but I have been waiting for a steelie of this film for a long time.

My copy of this should arrive Monday but I noticed today its $7.02 cheaper. Figure its a long shot considering Walmart's policy but has anyone had success getting a price match ever?

I went through chat and they refused to give me the difference back. They said I would have to go to the store and have it price-matched there, but I've had issues just trying to return an online order to a store before, so I have my doubts it'll work.

They did send me a $15 promo code for the inconvenience, though.

Dang...this and Platoon are both cheaper now and my order is also arriving Monday. Hoping Walmart will let me do like a return and rebuild in store.

No, Weird Al had that huge price drop while it was being delivered and Walmart wouldn't adjust it.

You at least got the promo code. I had 4 different people(including a supposed manager) give me the run around and say I have to return the old order and do a new one at the lower price.

Ultimately I just wanted them to explain why they can't adjust the price BEFORE the item ships the way Amazon and other retailers do. No one could explain that, only that it's their corporate policy to not do any price matches at any time.

I told the last lady(the manager) that the bigger long-term issue could be that if we try to do a return and then reorder the item, it could be sold out. That happens all the time with certain really popular titles. Then we're stuck either paying the higher price or returning the item and never getting another copy.

Wal-Mart’s methods are archaic, and I still don’t understand why they don’t improve them. And the couple of times they’ve sent me the “apology 15% promo code” it’s either severely limited what you can use it on or it flat-out doesn’t work. Their customer service is abysmal.

I begrudgingly ordered this for shipping just now. And tried to get free shipping by doing a free trial for Wal-Mart+. Got to the final checkout screen and it said I wasn’t eligible. So I removed it and paid for shipping. And then the offer for that service popped up for me again after my order was complete. Hit ok. It went through. Free shipping didn’t apply. Then I tried making another order. Still charged shipping. What a flippin’ joke.

As stupid as it sounds, it seems to get the better price will be the process of just reordering at the lower price and try to cancel the original order. Or just wait for both to arrive and then take it back.
