Personally (and coming from the no#1 fan of the Metal Gear series), I think Christian Bale could pull it off. He's a great actor, and the rugged look would kind of suit him.

Now as far as Ryan Phillippe as Raiden? I don't see him high flying it as him.

The british Sean Connery as Ocelot? I don't kkkknnnnooowwww......

We'll just have to wait and see guys. I think it's better than people trying to tap Jessica Biel to play as Chun Li in another Street Fighter movie.
