Default Saltburn - Amazon Prime - Definitely worth a watch

Rarely does Amazon Prime have something that I deem as a must watch…

Saltburn is without a doubt the best thing Prime has had exclusively in quite some time. The aspect ratio might annoy some watching on TVs, but don’t let that be a reason not to watch.

It was directed by the woman who did Promising Young Woman.

This is still playing in theaters although it will be gone fairly soon.

My family almost exclusively watches Christmas themed movies in December... so I've watched a lot of crap lately. I've been looking forward to this one for sometime as we loved PYW.

This was a strong contender for today's watch (this and/or LEAVE THE WORLD BEHIND )...but your aspect ratio comment has me concerned... the only thing I hate more than academy ratio (4:3) in my HT is shifting ratios that aren't "matte" friendly.

I also really like going into movies as cold as possible (ie no trailers/spoilers).
Can someone comment on the A/R issue here?

The worst thing I've attempted to watch all year. But, if you enjoy it that's all that matters.

OK... I see it's 4:3...It'll get watched...just not today when I'm in the mood for something more "cinematic" to cleanse the pallet from last month's Christmas ( and largely made for TV) fare...
