Caddyshack is a very special movie for me.

Actress Cindy Morgan has reportedly passed away. She was known for her role in the film, "Caddyshack," where she appeared alongside actor Bill Murray.

In the meantime, her cause of death is still uncertain, and her body is currently at a funeral home in Florida.

I never saw Caddyshack, but the original Tron is one of my favorite childhood movies, and Mrs. Morgan was very good in that. She will definitely be missed.

What a bummer. One of my biggest crushes. Always felt Caddyshack should've made her a star. After finding out about her unfortunate situation with the film's producer Jon Peters it all came together why that never happened.

Very sad. Much too young. Will always love Caddyshack (1980) and Tron (1982) (one of the few movies I saw stoned)

When somebody passes away from natural causes, it means nothing other than in their sleep.

That is a nicer way of putting it, regarding heart failure possibly while sleeping.

Keeping in mind, 69 isn't that old for a healthy woman with a general life range of 85 to 90+ average. I think some natural ailing situation (genetics/health issues) caused it beyond just falling asleep and not waking up again at age 69 for no reason. They may have a cause in the following months to better clarify things, or it may remain private by the family's request.

From the little I've read, Jon Peters was a total perv, and was always trying to convince Cindy to compromise herself.

I highly recommend this book. I read it last year. It not only covers Caddyshack but also the history of National Lampoon, SNL, Animal House and Blues Brothers.
