So it looks like Kino picked this up again, so it should have a US release sometime soon.

If Kino is confident that they'll be able to release it, that will be the edition to pick up when it comes, but another option now available is this Dutch one. It's region free as well and the one I've owned for a number of years. It uses an older DVD era master however.
