Pixel issue on LCD TV

There is a weird semi-translucent pixel on my TV, most visible when viewed against light white images



Any suggestions on what to do about it? TV is 10 years old and was passed down second-hand from my gran, but is much better for old games consoles than my more recent 4k

I would take it through some color slides to see if that would help. Maybe even reset the TV. But the set is Second hand and 10 years old so it's possible it's just getting old.
