Default 23 Paces to Baker Street (Kino Lorber)

Couldn't find a thread for this 2017 release so starting one now.

The IMDb claims this 1956 Cinemascope release had a 4-track stereo soundtrack, but I can't seem to find any evidence of that, or an actual home video release. Anyone got any info? The Kino BD is 2.0 mono and I think every other version is/has been the same.

Fox required all CinemaScope productions, in-house or from other studios, to have a four-track stereo prepared until around 1957. Some films from that 1953-1957 era no longer have their stereo mixes due to poor preservation. The Kino Lorber Blu is not mono and is it's original 4-track mix in a 2.0 stereo matrix container.

Ah, very interesting.

Thanks for the info.

Rewind have it listed as 2.0 mono.
