Default Question for Onkyo 607 users (regarding listening modes)...

This may be a stupid question...bear with me

Is there an audio mode that's just default or something along those lines (i.e. not one of the preset "listening modes") so that when I put in a movie that's in Dolby True HD or the like it plays that without any added DSP enhancements (i've tried doing Direct but it doesn't play out of my surrounds, only 2 fronts and center)......basically right now when i play a blu i just have the listening mode to Neo 6 Cinema but I'm guessing that is introducing extra sound processing (which I don't want). Does this make any sense? I'm kind of a newb when it comes to audio technology

Another way to word the question: what audio "mode" do all of you 607 users have your receivers set to when you play a bluray?

Most of us use the Multichannel DSP. Multichannel usually puts out exactly what's coming in. If you put it on Direct, you cancel out the Audyssey (if you calibrated your system).
