Matrix Revolutions exchange program for UK? - Blu-ray Forum

Since now there is an exchange program for the defective disc of Matrix Revolutions (glitch), is there something similar in the UK?

I have the imported US boxset and have just checked it to see if it's a big a problem as it looks on those pictures but it's not, was barely noticeable on my player.

I'd still be interested to know how i'd go about getting a replacement US disc if i'm in the UK as i'd still want it replaced.

There is a glitch in the picture during the Smith / Neo fight, but i don't think i'd even have noticed it until i read these threads about the problem.

It appears that the current exchange program is only for the US.

i got the AUS release, might check it. anyone got a time code for the error?

edit- checks reported error at 1:45:46, cant oh nooos, managed to pause at the right time and it is pixilated.. bummer... emails RoadShow AUS and Roadshow NZ lol

When did you purchase your copy. Nice to find out when was this corrected for each country.

Usually powerdvd on mine shows any glitches. I just checked the time frame and I did not see a glitch and I brough the UK edition (mine was pre ordered and shipped when it first came out).

Just used windvd to check as well and so far I have not had the glitch appear.

I'm in the same boat as you are. I'm still going to call the US number. It doesn't matter to me that I live in Europe, they're the ones that screwed up and I paid good money for that set when I preordered it. So, I think it's still worth a shot, even as a EU customer

How bad is the glitch? I'm about to pull the trigger on the boxset but I live in Mexico so I don't think they have an exchange program in here? Should i still get it?

Good question. They must have fixed the problem in new disks. Anyone knows when was this fixed? That will be very useful information for this thread.
