I got it from Gruv with that 20% code. Just under $30. Only the 2nd time I've ordered from them. First was 8 Mile a couple years ago. Showed up mint. Plan on seeing this on my birthday next Friday.

Probably was it, as it shows only available for shipping on my end so it must have been local stores in my area had it. Sorry about that, as it looks like it defaults to the third party sellers now on my end.

I don't even care for steelbooks, but I might have to pick this one up so I get the UHD and Blu-ray together. Waiting to hear more on the aspect ratio before I bite the bullet, though.

I've never owned a steelbook, but that cover art is so lush, and I can already imagine the standard artwork being the weak floaty head poster, so I pre-ordered via Gruv.

Wouldn’t hold my breath. We were already hurt once with Part I. still no IMAX release till this day.

Now that the series is essentially a success, I imagine it will come eventually.

I need to get something (Miracle Grow) and that would get me to the free shipping threshold but I don't want that shipped with the steelbook.

My short experience so far is they send the second item to you as soon they can. I ordered sugar free cookies or sugar free candy with some of these pre-orders and the cookies and candy arrived within a day or two. I ordered the Twister Glow In The Dark slip cover Blu Ray with the Dune Part 2 pre-order Friday morning at 2am and the Twister Blu Ray arrived that very afternoon. Must of come from a local Walmart that had it in store.

Whoa.

Just checked completed auctions on eBay for the Best Buy exclusive steelbook of the first film.

A couple weeks ago a new copy was a $60 item, now it's jumped up to $130-145 range. What a difference an awesome sequel makes.
