It's a great 80's action thriller with Lance Henricksen chewing scenery as a shoe salesman that's secretly a psychotic elite assassin. He kidnaps a kid for the mob, but accidentally takes Jan Michael Vincent's kid and pandemonium ensues. A banger of an 80's B-movie, yet never released on home media other than VHS. Why?
