Pray for Death (101 Films)

Is the UK bu-ray of Sho Kosugi's Pray for Death, the censored U.S. version that was R rated? It seems the Region A version has a longer unrated cut.

Yeah it's just the R-rated version on the 101 Films BD, I have both that and the Arrow with the unrated cut.
