Ah yes, forgot about those. Would absolutely love a whole load of To upgrades of previous releases, but more so stuff like The Mission.

Nice to see more To films released.

I wonder if this might get a UK edition from Eureka down the line, or maybe an AUS edition from Chameleon as they have both released some great To movies so far?

Carlotta Films were the first to release Johnnie To movies in UHD

The Mission sorely needs a decent release. Love this movie. I have an ages old DVD (Mei Ah?) release. I most recently watched it streaming on Kanopy, I think it was. It's certainly among my favorite To films.

I'll probably get Lifeline -- I think I may have the old DVD somewhere.

A good To movie but it's not a favorite of mine.

Hopefully, we will get a release of Loving You (a better movie imo) as part of VS's deal with Shaw Brothers.

Sadly, there's bad news. Apparently, the original film negatives can't be found at the moment.

The movie was restored last year and was shown at this years Far East Film Festival. Dylan might simply not have known as they didn't respond to the comment that mentions they already thought the restoration was complete.

Also rumored that Criterion picked it up in a batch deal along with Raise the Red Lantern and a few other films, but they want to tour the new restorations first until the end of 2025.
