I am amazed this has never seen a release anywhere on any format bar VHS.

It is one of the better sword and sorcery films from the 1980s and the soundtrack for it is amazing.

It's one of the few films I constantly search the internet hoping there will be talk of a release but it never seems to come.

This would look incredible in 4K.

Does anyone know why this has never seen a release even onto DVD?

I've never actually seen it, but I do know that Tanya Roberts is in it and more Tanya in HD the better. Also, I really love 80's sword and sorcery films.
