Lightbulb Aspect Ratio of covers on the collection page

I've realised that the aspect ratio of the blu-ray front covers are incorrect on the collection page. When clicking on a blu-ray to get the release-info, the aspect ratio of the cover is correct.

Is there are setting I can set on my account to show the covers with the correct aspect ratio?

I think I know why it happens now. Look at these two Blu-Rays in a random collection I found. One of them is just the front cover, and the other one has the front cover AND the spine, which makes the image a little wider, and therefore not stretched horizontally like the other one...

I wonder if this is something that could be fixed somehow?

The covers in the collection are somewhat adjusted, this makes the collection layout a bit nicer to look at even though the original covers aren't 100% correct in aspect ratio.

Yeah, I understand the intention, and maybe I'm pursuing this needlessly. I just want to learn how to upload the covers I'm uploading the best way possible.

I did some checks, and my understanding is that the following happens independently of the resolution and AR of original image:

When uploading the image, it will be resized into different predefined sizes, where the "medium" size is the one being used in the collection galleries.

The resize-job seems to always resize to exactly 156px width, and a variable height depending on the original image (to keep the same/correct Aspect Ratio).

However, when the image is displayed in the collection galleries, it will be resized again by the browser, this time to exactly 140px height.

But what about the width? The vast majority of the images will be forced to 115px width when displayed in the collection gallery (i.e. the displayed size is 115x140), but a few movies are actually displayed at 82x140, for example the following movies:
These movies have covers that are obviously taller than other images - is that why they are displayed at 82x140 instead of 115x140?

The method I'm using to get the displayed/rendered sizes of the images are by using F12 (Developer tools) in the browser, and looking at the images like this:

Maybe there is a guide to all of this, that explains more in depth how the resizing works, so that I'm able to upload the best possible images for the movies I own.

PS: English is not my native language, but I hope what I'm describing is understandable.
