Question about registering BDLive movies - Blu-ray Forum

I want to register some BDLive movies to take advantage of the sonyrewards program, however, when I put the discs in both my computer and ps3, the text input is always in caps lock and I can't figure out how to switch it to lower case. Am I missing something?

Sony's BD Live text input is all caps.
