Encoding companies that are as amazing and reliable as Fidelity In Motion - Blu-ray Forum

I've heard from user nicwood that LSP-Medien, from Germany, does spectacular encodes and is as trustworthy as Fidelity In Motion, both when encoding blu-ray and when encoding UHDs. But there must be more examples.
