TCL soundbar issue.

I bought a TCL soundbar and connected it with my Panasonic 4k play and in some movies during certain points a dropout of sound for like 2 seconds happens.

Has anyone had this issue?

Is it running video/audio or just audio. I'd try the latter, as well as a new HDMI lead.

I connected The bar directly to the player.

Is the soundbar outputting the video? if your player has two outputs, try sending just audio to the TCL and video directly to your TV.
