Rarewaves: https://www.rarewaves.com/products/5...classics?_gl=1 Nothing at planetofentertainment.com yet always last which is odd as StudioCanal are partners in the site https://elevationsales.co.uk |

This doesn't help you now, but I would recommend keeping an eye on the Vintage Classics thread. Myself, and others post news on when a SC title gets rated by the BBFC, which almost always points to a new release upcoming from them. I posted this one on July 19th:

StudioCanal have got better in recent times, right? Maybe it's just the films I'm interested in from them but I can't remember the last dodgy SC 4K I bought and they used to be fairly common in the early years of the format.

Blu-ray Grand Duke

I watched it yesterday, and was quite impressed with the transfer and encode. It's definitely a massive leap over the US Kino Blu-ray, and looks about as good as you could ever expect for a 1954 B&W film. The audio track sounded improved to me ears as well, but perhaps that was simply due to the viewing experience being significantly better.
Such a friggin' brilliant movie! |
