Probably the easiest pass for me ever IMO.

Steelbook art looks lazy, and like an ultra violet version of one of the JW4 releases
Unnecessary extras (to bump up the price)
Highly unlikley they will complete the franchise
Not even a cult movie.... YET AGAIN!

Will these guys ever 'get it'?

One thing worth noting, from the ToC tweet, is that this is also getting Dolby Vision. Will be interesting to see how much of a difference that makes.

Well judging by their previous releases....
Did they complete the Halloween franchise?
Did they do other Bond movies?
Did they finish the Mad Max franchise?
They only released one Batman and one Matrix movie I'm sure.

Do you have faith in ToC to complete the Wickage of John?

Ended up picking this up after Amazon's screw ups from last week and got a nice credit. Basically paid for the import and decided to bite the bullet. I'm going off memory from a few months sure, but on first impression it definitely feels like a nice little upgrade compared to the older disc. Some scenes look striking, even though I'm not Dolby Vision capable. The presentation feels more refined from the extra space on disc but also the contrasts and lighting enhanced. When I put the disc in it did ask me if I wanted to start from the last time stamp of the old disc. I'm about to check a side by side to confirm but first impressions are good.

Just watched a couple of key scenes from my JW1+2 4K steelbook set and yeah there's a nice subtle difference. Club, church and dock scene look especially good. Close ups on hair, pores and beards are nicely detailed. Lighting and contrast also looks better somehow, not sure if it's the new encode or my UB820 adapting the DV somehow.
