Did you buy it from them? Its says "Discontinued. Please select another item."

I picked mine up back in April when my 3 year old 65" Toshiba crapped out and Best Buy replaced it for me.

That's in the middle of one of their discussions but there's several different types listed. You can start at the beginning of the thread and work your way through it. I usually keep my brightness lower than everyone else...around 56 or less.

no i bought it from a friend here in kansas city for a 1000 cash.....it had about 1500 hours on it. he upgraded to lcd flat-panel .

Good price. Hey, I'm in KC also. I have the 55" SXRD model. Once calibrated, it's one of the best displays out there. Nice pick up.

Granted, I have not done a lot of tinkering on my own. I have the 60a2020, which is the same as your set other than cabinet color.
