Anyone find Smallville Season 6? - Blu-ray Forum

I know i read somewhere warner was having a distribution problem just wondering if anyone was able to actually find this title on blu-ray it isn't out anywhere around here

my bestbuy said they ordered 20 copies of season 6 of smallville on blu-ray and 10 on hd dvd

they got 3 copies in on hd dvd and none on blu ray

anyone know whats going on??

Warner brothers joined the Paramount Camp and we arent getting their movies either.........

The lady at Circuit City and Target told me this morning that there was a delay in getting some of the titles out, evidently they have to be shippped by Thursday for the Monday delivery . She told me to check back later today as they were on the truck and would be here today.
Circuit City didnt have no Warner dvds(We are Marshall, Smallville, and Everbody Loves Raymond)nor did they have any blus, bad day for a buya thon.

I tried Best Buy but none of them in my area even received it? I was wondering if anyone was able to get a copy of it?

Same problem here, my target, circuit city, bestbuy, and frys didn't get their shipment. I'm told that it should come in later today by a Best Buy employee who looked at the computer.

Just checked my amazon status, and it finally now reads "Shipping Soon" ! Yay!

(I checked about an hour ago and it was still 'not shipped'. So this is definitely a good sign.)

no luck here... nothing from amazon either though "shipping soon" is better than "not yet shipped".. they haven't even charged my account yet...

This is certainly good news.

Looks like some places are getting them from the distributors now then.

Hopefully Movietyme will get them soooooooooon. I need my Clarky-boy fix!

How is this good news? Noone has gotten any shipments, or seen any sign of such. Shipping soon does not mean today.
No retailers have it, so until someone can say they have seen it, I say no good news.

On a lighter note, fry's lowered their price to 49.99 for season six. Unfortunately it still says pre-order.

Forgive me for thinking, but surely 'shipping soon' means amazon has it in stock, and thus soon to be shipping??? maybe not today, but amazon orders don't stay with that status for long, not on teh UK site anyway.

yeah, when my orders change to 'shipping soon' it usually ships the same day or the next, so there's a 99% chance they have it in stock. hell, my estimated arrival date is still Thursday, so I'm happy. Defintiely good news for me.

2 Walmarts, 3 Best Buys, 3 Targets, 2 Circuit Cities and NOTHING but the SD dvd....but the good news in my mind is that none of these places have the HDDVD version either.

I'm thinking the hi def formats are experiencing a shipping delay.

Looks like I may have to Amazon this one.

I see over at DVDworldusa they have "Usually ships in 24 hours" on both Hi-def Smallville box sets!!

this flooded warehouse is totally killing my smallville-athon this weekend. I am not happy.

that frys price sounds nice. until tax and their outrageous shipping charges are factored in. if that was in store i'd be all over it.

any of you SD cats want to join my friends and I while we geek out on smallville whenever amazon ships it? hopefully by sat.

The one in san diego price matches their website...so we're good!

Mmmm, I couldnt agree more.

With this faffing about, added to the typical wait for arrival via post, it doesn't look like il be watching even 1 episode on Blu-ray before the new series starts a week thursday!

I went to Target, two Best Buys, one Circuit City (called the other) with no luck at all. I ended up ordering it on Amazon. They said it could be a week before it ships.
