Does anyone know how to buy this movie on Fandango? It shows this movie is $3.99 through the tracking app on here, but when i use the link it says unavailable

it hasnt been available to buy on there in years, all you can do is wait or submit a ticket asking about it

It has never been for sale anywhere. It's only been available to rent from streaming providers. I've been watching and waiting for it to get a purchase option for like 5 years now!

I see it is now up for purchase on iTunes via MGM. Hopefully FAH will get it soon.

It was never available to own digitally in the US, all because Paramount had TV/VOD rights inherited from a Viacom TV deal Cannon made (VOD in some cases signifies rental only and not ownership, which falls into digital storefront rights). Just recently, the TV/VOD rights to these Cannon titles have reverted to MGM which explains the listing change and options to purchase ownership.
