United Kingdom Grizzly Man

Wondering who will be picking up Grizzly Man on Blu-Ray?
I never saw this movie on DVD and reviews seem high on the story itself, so im looking forward.

Thats the most Gay porno sounding film title i've seen in a long time, i mean to parody it you don't even need to change a word in the title

anyway, never heard of or seen this, but i might give it a rent, just watched EARTH last night so i'm in a bit of a nature documentary mood and the Grizzly bear is pretty awesome

it's not really about grizzly bear but more about the life and death of Timothy Treadwell. He study, lived and was killed by bears.

Oh, well it still sounds like it might be a cool doc. The bears he lived with probabaly killed him after he left dirty dishes around

I hate when my roommate does that

lol.. crazy! but from what I read, it was other bears he wasn't too familiar with that killed him. He, himself, mentioned he wasn't to comfortable with these bears. The ones that he travel with were gone to hibernation.

I have the DVD, and while it is a brilliant film in many ways, I was also very disturbed by it. (People who've seen it will likely know what I'm talking about.) Not sure I'd want to watch it again, let alone in hi-def.....

That's mentioned in the doc too, but then again, animals are unpredictable. It could have been any bear, as opposed to the "unfamiliar" bear.

This movie is a must see, at least once (I will never watch it again). But I can't help saying that it may be the most unintentional funny film I have ever seen.

If you haven't seen a Herzog film, you should. If you've never heard of him, you need to expand your taste in cinema.

What’s so disturbing about it? Does it show him being killed by the bear, because I’d probably check it out if it did...nature at its finest

I bet his last thought was "Oh crap I immediately regret deciding to live with bears"

I ended up doing that earlier today with the BD.. I was taking some screens and got curious so I watched the end.. Probably ruined the rest, but It brought back memories so I think I must have scene this on DVD after all.

Without spoiling anything, there is a doctor (the one who examined the man after the incident) who talks in detail on the damage that was done to the man.. And he walks you through what probably happened.

Just watch it and stop digging for fast answers.
The film is disturbing for several reasons.
You do get audio and some video, but you don't see it all, even though the video exists.
You also see the bear that they cut the victims out of their guts.

That doctor is hilarious.
You wonder if he's for real.
