I think you're right, however, it is not as gruesome as what happened to Mr. Treadwell.

I think you will definitely enjoy it. I would not own the blu, but I highly recommend watching this at least once.

Actually classy on the Irwin family's part to keep the tapes of Steve's passing private, I wanna remember for him for all the good he did for animals, I don't need to see his demise. He is missed, been 3 years now since his passing.

Hmmmm....I would've thought this film would be titled "Gristly Man" from what the bear told me. Talk about a grisly flick.

This movie is a must see, at least once (I will never watch it again). But I can't help saying that it may be the most unintentional funny film I have ever seen.

Yea, quality on this film isnt all that.. The best looking parts are the inteview segments with his friends/family and even those arent really all that great. To be honest, id just rent this one on DVD

Still a great movie none the less.

This is so brutal, i remember the first time watching this with my friend on DVD, it was very scary just imagining the guy being eaten alive by this monster hungry grizzly. Even his girlfriend gets eaten thats so brutal.

Would any of you listen to the tape?!?!?

The guy and his girlfriend were living as close to these bears as they could get. It was just a matter of time before they became a snacky cake for one of them.
