Just got this from 88films store with slipcover, wondering why it's in a blue case instead of clear like pictures and the rest of my Italian collection films? Anyone had same thing.

Got this over the weekend. Does not have no subtitle. When I check the page it said English Subtitle while the 2 Disc Special Edition had none.

I ordered a copy from Zavvi and got it in the mail earlier today.

My copy is, oddly enough, Region Free despite it clearly having been initially a Region B locked disc. I guess the license holders game 88 Films the A-OK to make Region Free discs rather recently.

Also, mine came with a clear case.

Well now I'm tempted after reading that because one of my favourite of the lesser zombie films is Zombie Creeping Flesh which I adore because it's so daft. Sounds like this is similarly silly so I'm going to give it a chance.

This movie is a 10/10 for you probably, from the sounds of it. It’s definitely in my top 3 zombie movies and it is my top BAD zombie movie by a huge margin.

The Severin retains the grain, which was hit with DNR on the 88 Films edition. The extras are a little more focused on the movie itself (no Catriona McCall Q&A, and you do get the trailer on this one, along with subtitles) but it depends of your tolerance for compression problems, as the Severin has its share of them.

Arrow are rumoured to be doing Zombie. As for Zombi 3, I can't imagine 88 and Severin won't do UHDs at some point.

You would hope so. Their uk blu ray release is still in print. But the 4k from the states has been out for ages. Would have thought it would have been one of their first 4k upgrades

I'd love Arrow to do a 4K of Zombie Flesh Eaters. I watched the BU UHD last weekend and it's one of my absolute favourites. Incredible transfer - in fact, it's the disc that finally made me upgrade my TV to a Dolby Vision model a few years ago.

I wonder what Arrow could do to improve it, if anything?! A massive box full of tat would definitely make me upgrade!
