The only thing I liked about the show was the auditions. William Hung ruined that. They stopped showing the bad singers.

^^^ No, they haven't. This clip is from the current season when the auditions were shown. My only question is what was the point in making sure that this one wasn't excluded? To me, it was nothing but pure disrespectful filth and at the end of the day, it wasn't even someone who was trying to sing in the first place.

I’m also hoping for John, never thought I’d enjoy country music , however I like that more gravely voiced rock influenced country music sound ala “White Horse” Chris Stapleton, “Lose Control” Teddy Swims, Luke Combs, Luke Bryan, Cody Johnson, Blake Shelton and so many more!

A little bit ago, John was shown during his homecoming, and he was crying for his deceased friend who is the person that he sings about during the song that he wrote named "Tell That Angel, I Love Her". She was killed in a car accident in late 2022 on New Years Eve actually when a cop car crashed into her while in pursuit of a wanted person.

There's actually a lot of people in 'the biz' that use their middle name as their last name. If he's country maybe they thought having a French last name wouldn't fit the image.

I thought Breanna had the best voice in the top three, but John's was most primed for starting recordings today, and he's a true artist (plays an instrument and writes his own songs).

Jamal was fun to watch as far as he went and he really is the greatest guy of the bunch. Didn't peg him as the winner though. His single is very good however.

John Foster, the American Idol runner up, made his Opry debut last weekend, and another performance has been scheduled for him on Wednesday, July 9th at 8 PM EST. Be there or listen to him live at the WSM website like I did last weekend. I pray that he sings his angel song this time. What better place to keep Maggie's memory alive and well compared to such a historical stage?
