Halloween Illustrated (novelization of the original film)

Could swear there was an existing Books discussion thread for Halloween Illustrated, the novelization of the original film with new artwork included (I know it's a bit late starting this thread).

At the time it was being made available in the UK, I wasn't able to get the book, and now it's becoming hard to find at a reasonable price. It's still available at Printed in Blood, but after checking there this past weekend and seeing how much international shipping is, I decided I would not be getting a copy when I am able to (I realise, and have known for some time, that it feels everything is going up in price).

I had really wanted to get a copy of this book, and at the same time have been hoping we see a reprint of the Halloween II novelization.

Found out earlier this week on Scream magazine's website about You Can't Kill the Boogeyman: The Ongoing Halloween Saga - 13 Movies and Counting by Wayne Byrne, released via Blumsbury Publishing. A week ago I found out that the release date for You Can't Kill the Boogeyman has been pushed back three months to Thursday 13th November (source: Amazon). The release date for Horror in Haddonfield: The Untold Stories of Halloween remains the same (Tuesday 7th October).
