Find it funny that I received my replacement disc in a box with tons of paper, when I hardly ever receive steelbooks from Amazon in such packaging.

For anyone still on the fence, I emailed Umbrella with my receipt from Orbit and a picture of the disk and I got a shipping notice on the replacement disc in less than 24 hours. No hassle at all.

My replacement copy arrived today. All is right with the world.... I'm going to spin this disc tonight! I was very polite in my email messages to a nice woman who works at Umbrella. She sent me the replacement disc free of charge. Honey attracts flies, after all....

Got my disc today. Like others said, just email them. I ordered the set directly from them so it was easy. They were very nice and quick to ship it. They were also good when the original box came really damaged and I asked about a replacement which they then sent. No complaints from their customer service.

Have a question, might be late to the party. Received my 4k replacement today and since I don't have a 4k player, is anything wrong with the blu ray's because if so I got the wrong disc. Is it only on the 4k disc?

Haven't been able to find clear answer anywhere so just posting it here as I own both copies (Imperial Edition DVD and Ultimate Cut umbrella version), that this Umbrella edition has the same bonus features as the Imperial Edition

Pretty sure the Umbrella release ports over all the archival extras from the Image Imperial Edition release, though it may be worth mentioning that the Arrow Imperial Edition has an additional extra ("North American bonus footage") which has not been carried over.

Got my replacement disc today. That means from date of request to landing on my porch from Australia to USA was exactly two weeks. Meanwhile I've been waiting for The Cell for over two months...
