For anyone still on the fence, I emailed Umbrella with my receipt from Orbit and a picture of the disk and I got a shipping notice on the replacement disc in less than 24 hours. No hassle at all.

Unfortunately, the customs authority in my country calculates the customs duties not only on the basis of the value of the goods, but also includes the shipping costs. Of course, Umbrella is not responsible for this, only our customs authority. Guards, arrest them...

My replacement copy arrived today. All is right with the world.... I'm going to spin this disc tonight! I was very polite in my email messages to a nice woman who works at Umbrella. She sent me the replacement disc free of charge. Honey attracts flies, after all....

I received an email that implied that I needed to buy something from them and then they would send the replacement. I checked their website but I already own everything that I want from Umbrella. I politely explained that I did not wish to buy anything...and that I simply wanted the replacement. The woman agreed to send it. Be polite and persistent. They will send a replacement disc. The whole process took about two weeks for me.

I'm not even joking.... I often order THREE copies of the same title from Amazon and then keep the LEAST-DAMAGED copy. Amazon SUCKS!

Got my disc today. Like others said, just email them. I ordered the set directly from them so it was easy. They were very nice and quick to ship it. They were also good when the original box came really damaged and I asked about a replacement which they then sent. No complaints from their customer service.

Have a question, might be late to the party. Received my 4k replacement today and since I don't have a 4k player, is anything wrong with the blu ray's because if so I got the wrong disc. Is it only on the 4k disc?

The audio on the Blu-ray is fine IIRC.

Haven't been able to find clear answer anywhere so just posting it here as I own both copies (Imperial Edition DVD and Ultimate Cut umbrella version), that this Umbrella edition has the same bonus features as the Imperial Edition

Pretty sure the Umbrella release ports over all the archival extras from the Image Imperial Edition release, though it may be worth mentioning that the Arrow Imperial Edition has an additional extra ("North American bonus footage") which has not been carried over.
