The 2nd trailer is better than the first. I hope it's good. The writer of the first films is writing this one too. Koepp. I hope they treat the 3D well like they did for Jurassic Park 1 and Jurassic World 1.

I know this is subjective, so we might as well argue about the best ice cream flavor, but I wouldn't say it was awful. I mean, any 3D movie with dinosaurs chasing people around can't be all bad, right?

I am usually "corrected" by people with far more technical knowledge than I when I mention this, but if I am watching a 3D movie and the 3D is on the mild side, I have found that I can increase the appearance of 3D depth somewhat through controls on my TV. So, although it may not "really" be stronger 3D, it looks like it is to me, and that enhances my enjoyment. Worth a try if your TV has any 3D controls buried in the menus.

This will be the first time I can't see a Jurassic Film in theaters and I'm so excited for this one more than the previous ones. I REALLY hope Turbine gets the 3D rights and releases it on 3D bluray....

The last three were so bad in 3D I actually forgot I was watching in that format.

Yes, they do that here in the US. Regal has a "Monday Mystery Movie" and AMC has a "AMC Screen Unseen". You buy a ticket but they don't tell you what the movie is until the moment it starts.

I would go to the Screen Unseen but it's just a standard theater (no PLF) and 2D.

I don't know what the mystery refers to, but I guess it wasn't this movie since there are no 6/23 posts.

The movie screened on the 23rd.

I’ll be watching it again when I can in Dolby and also in 3D, since this also isn’t going to get IMAX or 3D Dolby in the US, AFAIK*

Any body seen this in 3D yet? I'll be seeing it next week at a Marcus theater in 3D on their Ultra Screen. I will also see it at the best theater I've been in yet. It was originally a Muvico Theater but is now a AMC Theater (Rosemont, IL). Super nice theater then and now. It used to have a arcade and a room just for console playing plus 4D and 18 screens. The Bogart's Bar & Grill that was inside the theater was classy. It's a nice drive to get there but worth it.

Jurassic World Rebirth is getting split reviews. I'm going anyway as movies like this are made for hot summer days.

Just got out of this. The 3D is a massive step up from Dominion. It’s medium strong throughout. (Though its almost entirelybehind the window, so don’t look for pop-out.)

The movie, on the other hand? I’ve been really thinking this would finally be a return ti form for Jurassic Park. The original is one of the most important movies for me… but unfortunately the nearest comp for me is Rise of Skywalker. It has all the hallmarks and elements of the franchise, it has some fun ideas and cool set-pieces… but it’s all executed in the dumbest and least exciting way possible. It rushes from one idea to the next. The characters have almost no humanity and constantly make decisions that make zero sense. It’s a bummer, but it’s worth watching at least once for the 3D.
