Lionsgate Limited will be releasing It Follows (2014) on 4K! It will be in Steelbook packaging, and be released on August 12th. It looks like it carries over all of the extras from the Second Sight UK release, plus a couple other ones as well.

After carefree teenager Jay (Maika Monroe) sleeps with her new boyfriend, Hugh (Jake Weary), for the first time, she learns that she is the latest recipient of a fatal curse that is passed from victim to victim via sexual intercourse. Death, Jay learns, will creep inexorably toward her as either a friend or a stranger. Something of note; none of the other releases have the correct theatrical audio track. It's some weird near-field repurposing. If Lionsgate is aware and took action that'd be pretty sweet.

Already have the Second Sight so no reason to buy an overpriced steelbook that could have a wide release and be cheaper.

No bonus features not already on the Second Sight 4K and existing U.S. Blu-ray, with only the Atmos track (probably identical to SS’s) and not including the 5.1 track on the SS. This makes for an easy pass for me.
