There's always the hope that it will be an improvement over the existing 4K. I don't think it will be but....stranger things have happened.

On the subject of games...I don't know about a Sega Genesis T2 game but the Super Nintendo T2 game was possibly the actual worst game for that entire system. Seriously. Go watch a video of it on YouTube (if you're so inclined). It was the game that taught me that not every game is good and to be very suspicious of games based on movies. It's horrible. It is to BAD what the Japanese Super Mario Bros 2 is to DIFFICULT. If there's a crazy future society that worships terrible video games...SNES T2 will be their God..

While Ill admit the original T2 games werent great (aside from Arcade), the Sega Genesis game of the first movie is perfection

Wait for sale, pay under $10. Easy Peasy. Plus, this one actually looks good.

Someone by the name of DATHYR regraded the 4K Eagle release. Wanted to know (if sharing these things are allowed
[Show spoiler]The rule states "It is strictly prohibited to discuss websites, techniques, software and any and all methods that can be used to duplicate, acquire or otherwise access copyrighted and copy protected material except via approved methods by the copyright holders (Blu-ray, DVD, iTunes, digital on-disc copies etc). This includes any and all all variations of disc copying software, torrents and any and all technologies that are available or may become available in the future for these purposes. This also includes any other form of illegal or unethical behaviour for example the unauthorised reproduction of copyright material and trademarks. Any breach deemed serious enough will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.". Am I breaking that?
) what are some thoughts on these?:

I would if my iPad could load the fookin massive pictures without having a meltdown. I've got as far as the first pic tho and it's an automatic fail as the laser blast is still blue, sorry

Yeah that wasn't the best first impression for me, either. From what I've read, that was the toughest one to regrade and they were forced to surrender it. Whether it was equipment issues or what-have-you, I'm not sure. Still very disappointing. After that, it seems ok to my eyes. I haven't seen the 35mm print in a decade but it does seem closer to that but still not perfect.

And sorry for the pics. I added a gallery to the post.

I think I'll stick with my restored 35mm version.

I'd be more interested in the CDS 5.1 track synced to the 2015 US Blu-ray.

Or for that one user with that one disc that supposedly had everything on it to finally answer me. I've PM'd them repeatedly.

On another note, has anyone here heard anything about the 2-pack? Some guys in the US T1 4K thread think it's bogus. I myself don't know what to believe, but it's weird that four days after street date, we have nothing.

Linus Tech Tips just reviewed the Hisense 100+ inch UX RGB Mini LED tv. They reviewed the scene from T2. The colours offf the screen seemed good. Im not sure if this was a 4k version.
