Default Can anyone please help me?

(sorry for the long post)
I have:

Toshiba 65hm167 display
Onkyo 706 receiver
PS3
Also These Yamaha Speakers 5.1 http://www.yamaha.com/yec/products/p...0&CTID=5000800

Im just trying to get the best possible settings for everything, ill start with what my settings are at for each:

middle of the Display sits about 3 ft higher than straight on eye sight so bad angle because the entertainment center it sits on is sits about 4ft high.(Do you think i should prop the back of the tv up so the center of the display is angled right at the level of my eyes???):
contrast 75
brightness 56
color 56
tint +2
sharpness 55
Dynamic contrast off
static gamma -2
color temp medium
Lamp mode High bright
DNR off
Mpeg noise reduction high

PS3 Settings:
cross color reduction filter on
rgb full range limited
y pb/cb pr/cr super white on
bd/dvd dynamic range control off
bd 1080p 24hz output on
bd/dvd video output format automatic

onkyo 706 settings:
Speaker config:
LPF of LFE 120hz
Surround 80hz
Center 80hz
Front 80hz
Thx ultra2/select2 subwoofer yes
BGC on
Loudness plus ON

Do these settings look good???
Thanks everybody for looking I hope i can get some help,
