It's part of Pioneer's Elite line, no longer in production. Comes with a two year warranty.

All Elite products are excellent, very clean, with lots of functionality. The 91 was the starter Elite model for that series; also in the line were the 92 and 94 series receivers.

I have two 84 series speakers (vintage 2006-2007) that are basically the same, without the decoding capabilities of the 9x-series units.

They are very good quality, very reliable, and have extremely clean output. I would NOT use them for 4-ohm speakers; they ramp up power very quickly for clean output at 8ohms, but will overwork themselves with a low-ohm load. This is true of all 8 ohm rated receivers, but it especially true with the Pioneer line. Lots of power.

You would not be seeing one with a manufacturer warranty at this late date, I don't think - are you thinking of getting a used unit someplace?
