Am I missing something?

Is there one set that includes all of the steelbooks or do you just have to buy them separately?

If I decide to have these shipped to the US, who packs movies better, Zavvi or Amazon UK?

No, three separate releases. I put the three pics of the box sets in one pic to make it a little neater (and also I thought they looked nice lined up lol). Not sure if that caused confusion

Also, not sure if the title itself is also confusing? I went back and forth between Back to the Future Trilogy Steelbooks and Back to the Future I-III Steelbooks. If you and others prefer the latter (or something else entirely) I think I have time to still change it.

Gotcha - it’s all good! My brain probably just works differently than most haha.

It might be just me, but when I see “I - III,” I think of separate releases. When I see “trilogy,” I think of a set that’s together. Again, that might just be me thinking that.

Thanks for clarifying! I’m kinda leaning towards the UK route. I like the art that’s nearly OG, and I’m not crazy about the idea of the US big gift set likely being 1 steelbook to house 8 discs (some people are thinking stacked). Even if it’s some flipper designed I like separate cases for each movie.

Think the UK ones will have ratings logos on the outside of the steels? That’s a turn off also for me. If they don’t, I think I’ll order those! Now just gotta decide Amazon or Zavvi.

Yeah, I love the look of these sets. I believe the ratings logos are only on a removable j-card on the front of the slipbox, and shouldn't be on the Steelbooks themselves. I'm not 100% sure though.

I haven't had problems ordering directly from Amazon UK in the past. I haven't ordered from Zavvi for years. I trust their customer service more than Zavvi in any event.

Yikes!

That pricing though - $55 USD at Amazon before shipping costs?!

Yeah, that's the biggest downside of them. Hopefully the price comes down a little.

Not sure what shipping is to the US, but I’m guessing we would be looking at around $180 shipped for all 3. I really like these movies, but I have the old Best Buy Steelbook set, which I like okay and may just settle with ha. That’s a big chunk of change for just art that I like better and some new features (I’m not a big features guy). I assume they didn’t improve PQ or anything.

Oh geez, I didn’t think to account for that! I was guessing $180 for all 3.

I’m out then!
