As the fault was detected early on, I think you will get the replacement with your order.

We are having some more magnets manufactured and we will post one to you once we get them. Sorry your order is not yet complete, we will get your magnet to you as soon as possible

Guys, it's a very small outfit and a labor of love for all involved, I'm sure. Plus, they are just getting started. Let's give them a break. I am sure nobody's life will be affected over a delayed magnet.

My copy was dispatched on Tuesday—I forgot about my preorder (it’s been nearly seven months). I don’t expect a pristine picture quality, but it ought to be better than the prints I’ve seen being streamed.

ALL their releases have been delayed. Their comms are atrocious. They ignore emails most of the time. Their quality is debatable.

I thought the running time listed on the Blu-ray sleeve & slipcover seemed a bit short. They both state 82 minutes, though it's nearer to 86. Watched it tonight and didn't think picturewise it looked that bad.

Received mine today in the middle of Nowhere, Missouri USA.

Packed to absolute perfection with poster; magnet; pristine disc and slipcover along with a replacement disc in a clear slimline case.

Mine's been holding up an order from imusic for a long time now. I am a bit anxious as that order also includes the Arrow Dark City 4K LE, which they have set aside for me. My last package from imusic had a couple of damaged items in it due to poor packaging, and by now the DC LE is long OOP, so no chance of getting a replacement if the same happens.
