I pre-ordered this steelbook the moment it went live on Amazon.

Is anyone shocked at the price? $38 is super reasonable with inflation especially with how much Disney/Sony charges for their recent steelbooks like Mufusa ($45) to Deadpool & Wolverine ($65!)

Regular 4k has dropped to $29.95 on Amazon.

I'm REALLY tempted to cancel the ugly steelbook preorder and get the regular 4k art instead.

I got the standard 4K for $25 during Target's B2G1 back in July. I don't care for the art on the standard or the Steelbook but the Steelbook is especially ugly imo.

Cancelled my SB order and just got the regular 4k. The SB cover is just so bad.

Got mine yesterday in a big ol' box with zero protection; the bottom of the box wasn't even fully closed properly, so everyone could see what was in it. I guess I should be glad the movie was as divisive as it was, so it was less likely anyone would take it!

Really? They are on a roll lately between this and Ballerina. Can't wait to see what happens to my Superman order.

Spoke to Walmart chat on Wednesday. He checked and said they have the movie in stock, but were behind in shipping. Sent me a $10.00 coupon towards my next purchase, so I kept the order since there were not a lot of other options.

Walmart makes me so nervous. I have my Superman(2025) steelbook ordered with them. Placed it when the pre-order went up and I get so anxious with them that there will be a problem and my pre-order won't be fulfilled. And that's one of those ones that's sold out everywhere so if they *bleep* up with my pre-order then I get *bleeped* on getting the steelbook.

I am with you on this, especially after the troubles I've had recently with a few previous Walmart exclusives. They did eventually ship my screwed up Ballerina preorder (almost a week later) though, so there's hope.

For what it's worth, spent another 30 minutes with Walmart Chat on the status of my order. They finally tell me that my card was declined due to fraud. Told them not possible. Called my card company and they said they have no record of Walmart attempting to charge the card. Said it's possible Walmart was having an issue and the attempt came back as "error", which they read as fraud. Got nowhere with Chat and finally taking to a live person. She said they would run the card through again. Will see if that holds true.

Call if you still don't get your movie.

mine showed up today after cancelled and reordered from walmart... is this thing really the scarce or is there just a delay in copies... no way they did not make enough copies or its that popular at the almost $40 price point.
