Tron 4K UHD (1982) Pre-order

Just the original for me, in the standard case, and ordered with Zavvi. As much as I love the interior of the steelbook, I'm going to look at it once or twice and I just prefer the style of the standard case artwork. Will grab 'Legacy' in a sale in the future, never seen it so not that fussed about spending £25 on it.

The UK ratings are on the J-card. These steelbooks all look the same.
Only order if it's cheaper for you to order from Spain, otherwise go for the UK releases.

The standards are £22.99 in the U.K. so that’s cheaper than Spain.
Steelbooks more though at £34.99

Those seem the standard U.K. prices for Disney catalogue these days.

jesus. So how do you guys find out target had them? Is there an up to the second update? I'm guessing X or something like that. I really want to try to catch OG Tron IF it comes up on amazon I don't want to miss this one.

You've got a company already enamoured of 'Vault' practices which drive artificial scarcity giving their home video operation over to another which has been operating Vault 2.0 (in the US) for a while now. Thank fook Sony don't operate Disnee's overseas home video distribution, hence plentiful stock (or as plentiful as modern UHD runs will allow) and concurrent releases in regular cases alongside the steelbooks.

Yeah but if your preorders sell out in 30 minutes, and there is little to nothing on release (e.g. Master and Commander,) that's just lost sales at that point.
