I'd like to extend my appreciation for those who contribute so much good info here. From reading here, I was able to download a firmware update for my player, burn the CD-R correctly, and install the new firmware in the player in about 20 minutes. The help I received must have saved me a few hours on the phone, etc. in accomplishing this.

I know that the update process is not a "biggie" to many of the folks here, but certainly want to thank everyone for providing helpful info.

Even if i didn't help to any of this, stuff like that is always welcomed. On DVD they were no FW update most of the time except for the OPPO and other High End DVD Player. But now, things got more complicated, more advance, and they need tweaking... keeping up to date is important..
