...do these forums convert posts in all caps to lowercase? So if I make a reply to this post with just LOL, it will come out as Lol.

I think it's a filter people can appreciate without even knowing it's there. All caps is a massive pet peeve for me.

So people can't just type in all caps and make posts incredibly annoying to read...it's a restriction I am very appreciative of.

They should have a filter to break up 500-word one-paragraph posts.

I didn't know this either.....however I could use a little help with spelling (spell check?). Not because I can't spell, but because I constantly screw up my key strokes when typing, and I don't even notice it most of the time.

Chrome and Firefox check your spelling.

You can get a spell checker for this site. When replying to a post, click on the ABC tick on the right hand side and it will install a spell checker for you
