Is Texas Chainsaw Massacre (remake) being released here? - Blu-ray Forum

Much like Hot Fuzz & Shaun of the Dead, TCM isn't listed on either Futureshop or Bestbuy's website. Only canadian site I've seen it on is Amazon.ca.

Also it sucks that in the US this is being sold for a measly $9.99 where in Canada it's $21.99.

Just noticed HMV.ca have TCM listed (along with Shaun & HF) for $22.99, guess I'll head on over there, wonder if any of this has is due to the fact that all 3 are distributed by Alliance her in Canada.

You won't find any new releases anymore that isn't a recent hollywood movie. A lot of movies recently that aren't new, haven't popped up on FS/BB websites. You will find them in store, just not online. No idea why its happening but it is. They will have it in the store racks, just check them out.

You can't find Blade, Final Destination, Chucky, Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead plus many more online which is strange.

Just went to Best Buy, they didn't have it there so I went to HMV where they had one copy.

One copy? In that case Im going to rush over to futureshop at lunch to grab it! How much was it?

It was $25.98 after taxes. I found it odd as well that they should only have one copy remaining on release day and I got there just after it opened so it's not like it sold out a ton of copies. Plus the guy had to go dig it out of the back room to find it. Weird....

Oh and I have a feeling you might not find it at Futureshop (only HMV) so you might want to phone ahead.

There always seems to be a shortage with Alliance titles. We only received 5 copies of Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003.

they have it on the best buy website just no info if its in stock or not. i won it on dvd so i can wait till closer to halloween, im sure they will have a huge horror blu ray sale soon

My Bestbuy still doesn't have this, althjough it took them up to last week to get freddy vs jason, so maybe my Bestbuy is just slow or something
