I've read rumors they have added all the extra bonus footage that was cut out of the original movie (body builder scene, court room etc) and have incorporated it into 1 entire feature as well as the original movie.

Can anyone else confirm this?

I do not believe that to be true. The director's cut mostly involves the re-insertion of more graphic frames and slightly extended scenes. It only adds like a couple of minutes to the running time of the movie.

Haha, another ones bites the dust. People get so damn worked up over a few words, it's kinda sad.

Kinda irks me that they released the movie in the Digibook edition, yet the director's cut gets the regular release, wish it was the other way around.

ive never seen this before but have been thinking about blind buying it on blu, i just never heard much about it, but it sounds like its worth it

Personally I love NBK. It seems to be a love hate thing going with this movie. One thing for sure it is a TOTAL TRIP either good or bad !

Is there anyone that owns or has seen both releases? I was just reading the review of the DC and noticed that it got a 4/5 in pq while the first got a 2.5/5. The reviews were done by two different people so I'm wondering if the pq is the same and the reviewers just have a different opinion on the score or is the DC actually an upgrade in pq?
