I don't know about the UK, but I've noticed that Axelmusic's delivery times have improved lately for Europe mainland (Belgium). I think they used the feedback on their site to choose the most effective post service. Normally I now get my orders from them within a week or 1.5 weeks tops.

I'm more of a PES/WE fan myself. The last two installments on PS3 were a train wreck, but now I've played the 2010 demo and I feel their right back on top.
