Snow White delay AMZ? - Blu-ray Forum

I pre-ordered Snow White two weeks ago, and since then the shipping date estimate was 13 of October. I was hoping that would change once it started shipping out, but I'm still seeing this date even today. Anybody else have such a late shipping date?

Mine says shipping date OCT 06. Maybe they ran out of stock.

Regular Blu-ray. Amazon lists it as: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo + BD Live w/ Blu-ray packaging) [Blu-ray].

I'm a prime member, and I got my shipping notification on Friday night.

Perhaps that's what I get for using "FREE with Super Saver Shipping". I added another BD with this to get the free shipping. It's just that even using the "FREE with Super Saver Shipping" option before I never had that much of a waiting time on new releases. I guess the demand on this title is just really high.

You might want to consider Amazon Prime for $79/year.

As an Amazon Prime member I ordered my Snow White on Monday and it was shipped that same day for delivery on Tuesday.

If you place enough orders with Amazon, that Prime membership fee may be worth it!

Shipping date estimate was the 13th, then last night I got an email stating Snow White shipped out. So I'll be getting it towards the end of the week.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've debated for the last to do that, and before I didn't see the value in it for me. But lately I've been using Amazon more and more, so it may be time.
