Default Aside of A/V stuff, what's everyone's other hobbies?

Since I don't own Blu yet and I don't want it to seem like the only reason I'm here is to argue with you guys (seriously, thats not my intent), what else do you guys spend your pay check's on?

My main focus is Volkswagens (hence the username), but I'm also a computer geek too. Computer stuff probably comes in third behind A/V, but VW's are where most of my money goes which is why price is important to me in this format war...

My baby is a 1990 VW Jetta that I scored for $100 and fixed up a little.

With the exception of having the transmission rebuilt, I have done all of the work on this car myself. It started out as a wimpy little automatic 1.8l 4 cylinder. Now it's got a VR6 out of a 1995 Jetta GLX (2.8l 6 cylinder for those who don't know), 5 speed swap, Weitec Suspension, 2.5" aftermarket exhaust, 3 Piece Compomotive Wheels, and some other cosmetic stuff that unless you're a VW fan you won't notice.

Soo.... What else do you all do for fun?

Everytime I watch a hockey game I lament the fact I grew up in the south. Would really love to learn how to skate and play. Can you learn to skate later in life?

I was 25 when I started skating. I never said I was good, but I still play twice a week

Oh yeah, I like to go up to theknub's locale and ski... snorkeling is fun too... but neither can be done where I live...

I love goofing around with Photoshop and I love watching boxing.

I should try boxing training. Lord knows my fat ass could use it.

LMAO! I forgot about the beer! I also love the beer.

Lots of cool hobbies here fella's. I'm used to only hanging out on car sites where pretty much everyone has the same hobbies as me.

I'm also athleticly challenged. The only sport I can do even a little bit is Skiing & Snowboarding. Used to skateboard back when I was in college, but I jacked up my ankle and that was that.

I've got a small collection of arcade games. If I'm not watching a movie or online I'm usually working on one of them. My latest project is an old electro-mechanical pinball I'm trying to bring back from the dead.

Where did you score the German plate in the front? Or did it come with the car?

Too bad heavy weight boxing became a joke in the last 5 years. I seldom watch other weight classes, but there are exceptions.

When my knee isn't killing me I surf. Small waves in my area make it less intimidating. That reminds me, I'm looking for a Blu ray Disk decal to put on my board. Any suggestions on where to order one????

"Aside of A/V stuff", man that's like 1/2 of my free time nowadays
