Anyhoo...these pix brings back memories of my days working at the park. Seeing Snow White backstage cussing out her boyfriend on her cell phone. Seeing Goofy's boots hanging out a bathroom stall.

I got a million of 'em.

LOL, I used to work at Disneyland as well and would see the face characters out of character yapping with the other princesses about boyfriends, money, shift time, etc.

What year? I was there from 1999-2005.

I always thought it'd be fun to give up on life and become a lifetime Disney employee.

I'm not sure if they have the option, but I was thinking of something along the lines of steamboat operator, and then when I put in my 8-10 hours of work, I spend the rest of my day riding around on Splash Mountain, and then retire to my home, which is just a room in one of the many resort hotels.

Of course, I doubt it's as fun as it sounds (and it doesn't necessarily sound that fun).

I kind of regret not working at either place (Land or World) when I was younger, but living in NY always kind of made that hard.

For those of you who worked there... did the people playing characters all tend to be aspiring actors, and saw this as a start, or was it not that serious?

Oh yeah. Yaz hit the nail on the head right there. I mean...total segregation at the lunch counter and on the shuttle. I always remember their conversations while on the shuttle from the castmember parking lot to where you clock in. They were all waiting for that big break in showbiz. I guess it works cause alot of famous people worked at Disneyland; John Lassiter, Kevin Costner and Steve Martin to name a few.

Disney World was what Disney Land was supposed to be.

I was there last year. I always wanted to know what it was like to work there. So when I got laid off from my regular job I tried it out. I didn't stay there long though.
