HELP!!! Problems with my bd-p1400, Snow White and T2 Skynet Steelbook Edition!!!

I own a Samsung BD-P1400...

My problems started when I bought the Skynet Edition of T2 and it read the "PICK A COUNTRY" option and after picking it up... black screen... for 15 minutes I waited and nothing ever happened.

Thought it was the disc, went to my store, changed it for another one of the same film... and the same happened.

Now... I just bought Snow White and at the initial presentation logo of Walt Disney Pictures... It freezes... Then it "de - freezes" (if such a word exists) and starts playing the trailers. Then... at the menu... The Magic Mirror appears and says: "GREETINGS MASTER" and then... it freezes... After some seconds it "de - freezes" again... the cursor over the options moves, but no mirror... if you choose one of the options... ANY of the options... it freezes...

No cursor, you can move a thing... nothing happens...

I´m wondering... Is the case of Snow White... a deffective disc?

I think if it were the player... it wouldn´t read the disc AT ALL!

But it reads the disc and then this happens...

Can someone help me?

I´m about to update to version 2.1

Some say that solves the T2 problem... but what about the Snow White one?

Have you got the latest firmware up-tes on your Player & Amp ???
Same thing happened to me with the T2 Sky-net, fixed the issue with the latest firmware update download

Can you play the disc at a friends place that owns a Blu-Ray player to see if it does it ?
If it continues to happen exchange the disc (return it) & play the new disc, if still no good it might be the player
